The school was started in the year 1994.it is affiliated to the Education department of Karnataka state,the school is named after in the memory of late beloved uncle and aunt of sri Dr. shamanur shivashankarappa,under B.E.A.Davangere .It is situated on the bank of river Tung Bhadra adjacent Harihar city,Taluk Head quarter of Davangere District.the school has Nursery,Primary and High School, co-education both in Kannada and English Medium.Sri ,Channabasappa.H.S.is the Head master of the school.

Along with academic exams and competitions,various Knowledge and cultural based competitions conducted periodically according to School calendar which enables all round development,become good citizen and capable to meet any challenges of contemporary situation.
